I believe in the unity of all—
peoples, animals, plants & planets.
All the cosmos is of one Spirit.
All is of one consciousness.
All are of one Being-“I am who am”.

It is process, not product.
It is the doing, not what is done.
It is the seeing, not what is seen.
It is the hearing, not what is heard.
It is in the feeling, not in what is felt.
It is in the breathing, not even in the breath itself.
As the breath is already
an end, an object, a product;
whereas the breathing is the essence.

I believe in us all, everywhere in the cosmos,
we are engaged in one great process of Being.

And to have the Grace
Not to try to capture it for oneself
Not to trap it or claim it or control it or own it,
But simply to revel
In being
A nanofragment
Of all the beauty &
All the ugly
That is this very Now,
This very moment.
Amen
