    in an evolving universe. We eagerly anticipate the novelty of the unfolding, emerging future in our extraordinary ride called cosmic life.

    I’m for it! On the other hand, does this idea take hold of the principles which evidently resist the progress implicit in what I have read? Not just my backward orientation to selfishness at the expense of holism, but that of many others less gracefully inclined?
