Presenters Matthew Wrigh and Brie Stoner opened our Omega Center conference with this simple chant “Open My Heart” by composer Ana Hernandez.

Brie opens by explaining how the vibrational quality of chant can open our hearts, and then Matthew guides the group into the chant and the “gift of your breath, arriving in this place, in these bodies, in this moment.”
