Whatâs the Early Bird deadline?
The Early Bird deadline is TBD and will be announced with clear remaining time to register at the reduced rate.
Is pricing per person? What does registration include?
Yesâpricing is per person.
In-person registration includes standard event fees/materials and breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on Tuesday and Wednesday. Lodging, accommodations, dinner and other evening refreshments are not included but are available at your own cost. In-person registrants will also receive streaming access and recordings of the sessions.
Virtual registration includes access to the live stream of the event, related digital event materials and session recordings.
Is there a one-day pass or partial rates for in-person attendance?
Noâdue to on-site seating and logistics, in-person registration includes the full event and cannot be divided.
Are there group discounts for in-person attendance?

Travel, Lodging, Parking
Which hotels are available?
Room blocks are available at The Villanova Inn and the two nearby Marriott Courtyard hotels. Booking links, rates and more info can be found here.
Is there parking at The Villanova Inn?
Yesâthere is ample free parking for attendees (including commuters and guests staying offsite).
Will transportation be provided from area hotels to the conference venue?
In-person participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from The Villanova Inn, whether by car, taxi, rideshare, or other means. We encourage attendees staying offsite to review travel distance and transportation options in advance.
Whatâs the closest airport? Is public transit available?
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is closest (about 30â45 minutes by car, depending on traffic). Septa Regional Rail is available from the airport to Villanova Station with transfers (typically 60â90 minutes), plus a 5â10 minute taxi/rideshare to The Villanova Inn.
Are there other airport options?
- Newark (EWR): About 90 minutes travel time by car. Rail is possible via Amtrak to Philadelphia (30th Street Station) and SEPTA Regional Rail to Villanova, plus a 5â10 minute taxi/rideshare from the Villanova Station to The Villanova Inn.
- JFK: About 2â3 hours travel time by car. Public transit requires multiple transfers via Long Island Rail, NJ Transit, Amtrak, and/or Septa, plus a 5â10 minute taxi/rideshare from the Villanova Station to The Villanova Inn.
Schedule & Program Format
What is the schedule?
The schedule is being finalized. For planning: proceedings will begin by the evening of Monday, Nov. 9, and conclude by the afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 11. Each speaker will offer a plenary talk and participate in panel discussion. Additional breakout or group sessions may be added. Publishers or other organizations may be invited to table at the event.
Scholarships
Are there student scholarships?
Yesâthere are limited in-person and virtual student scholarships at a discounted rate. Apply at christogenesis.org/apply.
Are there hardship scholarships?
Noâat this time weâre unable to offer hardship scholarships. If you know a donor who would like to help make this possible, please have them contact info@christogenesis.org.
Refunds, Transfers, and Switching Ticket Types
Whatâs the refund/cancellation policy?
- In-person: transferable by request, not refundable.
- Virtual: refundable up to 30 days before the event; non-refundable within 30 days.
Can I switch from online to in-person if my plans change?
Because of accommodation needs and onsite logistics, in-person registrations are non-refundable or transferable to other ticket types.
Recordings & Accessibility
Will there be recordings, transcripts, or written materials?
Yes. All registrants (in-person and virtual) will receive perpetual access to the full conference recording, plus transcripts and any written/distributable materials provided by speakers. Speaker slide decks are not included by default, since they may contain copyrighted/third-party images or content intended for publication; slides are shared only if a speaker explicitly requests it. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the event for editing and distribution.
Will virtual sessions be captioned?
YesâZoom automatic captioning will be enabled for all virtual events.
Can I share my virtual ticket?
We ask that each person purchase their own ticket. Householding is on the honor system. Distribution of the stream or recordings to groups, private or public, is not permitted.
